By confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Should an item or size be undeliverable from the factory or in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order, Maritime Antiques & is not obligated to deliver, though we will try our best to find another supplier.
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
The customer may cancel her/his purchase by giving unambiguous notice within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. The cancellation deadline is met if the customer sends the notice before the expiry of the deadline. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch.
In case the customer does not agree with MARITIME ANTIQUES & handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with MARITIME ANTIQUES & , the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk)
We accept payment via Credit card or Bank transfer.
Bank transfer: We will e-mail you the details of stock status, total amount and our bank information.
The order will be shipped 1–2 working days after we registered your payment.
For this kind of payment you have to choose payer and receiver shares the expenses or payer will cover all expenses.
All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%.
Antiques and a few one off pieces are exempt from V.A.T
If you choose an article, which is exempt V.A.T., we will inform you in your order confirmation.
Prices do not include service, payment or delivery charges.
Maritime Antiques & retains the right to change prices at any time.
For customers shopping from outside the EU
We offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries (- 20% VAT) .
NB! Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
Return items for International customer:

Maritime Antiques & will be charged import fees and VAT if this is not written on the parcel.
We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items are returned to Maritime Antiques & at your own cost.
Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty.
We do not refund postage costs otherwise.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday.
Orders are shipped by UPS, except orders to Denmark, which will be sent by Post Danmark or GLS.
